START Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, your arms resting by your sides and the leg cord secured around both ankles.
FINISH Take a large step forward with your left leg. Land softy on the heel of your front foot with your knee bent. Ensure the weight of your back leg is on the ball of your foot and that your back knee does not touch the ground. Keep your head and chest raised throughout the movement. Return to the starting position and repeat on the other side.
